- engage in dialogues about issues that impact Latinx communities in Chicago and beyond hosted and facilitated by the UIC Latino Cultural Center (LCC)
- explore how your science majors are relevant to community life
- recognize how cultural heritage can be an asset when combined with scientific knowledge, and how it can create diverse solutions for common challenges
