What are the benefits for Latinx Students in STEM for participating.. Career wise? Personally?
There are many benefits for students participating in our events. Career wise, these events help students build their professional skills and interact with new communities. These experiences enhance applications and resumes, show leadership, commitment, and service. Personally, these events help students meet new people, form friendships, and feel part of a supportive community at L@s GANAS.
How do you find/choose opportunities? i.e helpful for STEM careers, work with students schedules, group activity L@s GANAS can do together, practice for the future.
We choose events that get students involved in their communities and build professional skills like communication, problem solving and critical thinking.
